A little expensive but well worth the price.

Comprehensive app that helps with meal planning.

Annoying that the traffic lights don't different between "unlimited" and "small portions are OK" - it'd be great to be able to filter for the unlimited stuff when I'm really hungry! Also - would it be possible to add different types of tea, rather than a generic "black tea" brewed at different strengths? I find assam instantly makes me nauseous, but darjeeling seems to be ok.

A MILLION THANKS! This app and the research behind it has quite literally turned my life around in a massively positive way with regards to my overall health, all thanks to a new understanding of what I should not eat any longer.

Most extensive app I've ever bought, but worth it.

As someone who does a lot of cooking, I've been trying to follow the recipes exactly in order to get the best out of the trial, but every now and then I wish I hadn't! I can't believe I just put 50g of corn flour in a lamb shank recipe that probably needed no corn flour at all! 😄 At least I've used a Dutch oven instead of a baking dish with foil on it.
