• I started tracking my contractions this morning and after 3 contractions - 2 that were 5-6 minutes apart and one 9 minutes later - I got a message saying to call an ambulance??? Seriously?!? That's horribly unnecessary and will scare anyone who is new to labor. 8 years ago
