Needs to be seamless transition between app and website so that when switching, we don’t need to enter login and password credentials. 8 years ago

It is much better than the 2 yrs ago when we were transitioned from a travel agency that pampered us but 2 things that continue to be a real challenge and seem to be money makers so no hurry to change is the inability to cancel hotel rooms on the app as well as adding or deleting stops or stays, rental cars, etc as things change in the business world of catastrophe response and that flexibility is not found on Egencia app or site in general in these 2 cases. 8 years ago
