• When attempting to place a vacation hold at my address while using the mobile app, I needed to re-enter my address info. 8 years ago
• It’s great to see where your package is but when you hit notifications in the app it sends you to settings where you can’t allow notifications. 8 years ago
• In order to make custom deliveries, you need to verify your address, and then it asks you several questions unrelated to you. 8 years ago
• Seriously, there’s no point to having this app, just use the links in your email because it’s pretty much the same thing. 8 years ago
