I would rate -5 too after 1 hour of trying to explain but finally got a supervisor Javier who was great and solved everything in 10 min after an hour with the operators. 8 years ago

The only think I see missing is when you want something extra, such as a early check in or need something special there is no place to make a request of the hotel. 8 years ago

While traveling in Thailand this app has been a savior and being able to book flights on my phone… Lots of websites are not nearly as helpful and have their price is constantly changing but Expedia was simple easy and reliable. 8 years ago
