It’s hard to tell how much TIME we spend on this little handheld computer we call our phone! The first day I used this app, I was conscious of my usage and eager to see how little I had used the phone.

This app is a real eye opener! I knew my phone was a big part of my life but I did not realize how big of a part! This app showed me how to be in control of my phone and now my phone is no longer in control of me.

1 Improvement Idea would be to have an option to allow to schedule “Screen-Free Time” well in advance sort of like one can do so with an alarm.
