• In trying to open my priority pass app just to access my digital card (which somehow fell off my digital wallet), it took 20 minutes to update the lounges. 8 years ago

• Hi! I went through the process of calling them to see why I couldn't find the digital membership card, and the answer was that "Chase didn't select that as a feature in their agreement. 8 years ago
• Some sections of the app don't load consistently (example: "about us" brings up a screen that reads "(null)" right now), can't get back from settings screen to main page at times (top bar loads inconsistently), forces lounge data update upon load sometimes without a cancel option. 8 years ago

• - There is no way to log out without uninstalling the app - You can't change your membership number on a single account, so you need to create a new profile, with no option to delete the old one - App downloads whole database all the time to update, instead of a quick update of changes Clearly this app, and the online experience, is no priority for Priority Pass. 8 years ago

• Why do you have to force me to sit and wait for lounge data to be downloaded when I use the app? There are plenty of apps that access vastly more data than yours does, that do not require users to explicitly download a database of lounges. 8 years ago
• Constantly asks you to update the app information, when you do either the update doesn’t work or the last updated date is false and you continue to get pop-up notifications. 8 years ago
