Telegram needs to allow the users to opt out from notifications when new users join the app! Also the app has a bug where even blocked contacts are able to start conversations, in example: I blocked the user Telegram to avoid have a new unsolicited conversation every time the app is updated, but I still receive this annoying and unsolicited notification and conversation. 8 years ago
