On my MS Surface Pro "5" and with a Surface Pen "5" (you know, the ones that came after 2, 3, and 4, but were not named 5), Windows Sketchpad (accessed from the right hand side of the Taskbar) implements pencils with both pressure sensitivity and tilt sensitivity. 8 years ago
